It allows our Sunday school teachers to teach and preach God's Word. It allows us to go out into the highways and byways and preach and teach God's Word. And you know, that's one thing that we keep hearing, that we don't know how much longer we will have that opportunity.0:29So we want to continue to pray that God would continue the doors to be opened in this country and throughout the world for the gospel to go forth. If you have your Bibles with you this morning, I want you to open with me to the book of Daniel. The book of Daniel chapter 7. Daniel chapter 7 and go down to verse 9. Evan Roberts introduces a sermon, and he introduced a sermon that he preached at a forum in Memphis0:59just a few months ago. And I thought it was kind of interesting as I was watching the video, and he's a very elderly man, and he was leaning on the podium, and he was talking about that at conferences like this that a lot of young preachers come to him and talk to him.1:19And one young man walked up to him, and he said, Dr. Roberts, he said, what shall I preach today? Or what shall I preach to my congregation next week? That's what he said. And he said, I thought that was the strangest question that he could ever be asked. He said, I just looked at him. And he said, what shall I preach?1:49And he said, I just kept looking at him. And he said, I'm thinking, why are you asking me what you should preach to your church? And he said, well, I thought for a minute, and I looked at him, and I said, well, what did you preach last week? And the young man frustratedly looked at Dr. Roberts, and he said, I knew you would do that. He said, everybody says that you do that. You always answer a question with a question.2:19But he said, I just want to know, what did you preach last week? And he said, last week I, or he said, not last week, but the last few weeks I've been preaching on the commandments. And he said, really? He said, well, how have your people responded? He said, well, many of them responded by coming to me and saying, how, who in the world do you think you are that you can preach and tell us how to live our lives?2:42And he said, that was the response. He said, that's the response. And he said, now, what should you preach? And he said, well, that's what I'm here asking you. What should I preach? And he said, go and give them a picture of God. Preach and give them a picture of God.3:10Because what has happened in the church today is we've lost perspective as to why we are in church to begin with. And that is that we would be every Sunday challenged to have a fresh view and a fresh perspective of God. Now, that may not be the most popular sermons that are preached in pulpits.3:35For the most part, there are many people that would like to hear a sermon on the top ten ways to be debt free, or the top ten ways to have a happy marriage, or the top ten ways to raise your children, or the top ten ways to do this, the top ten. When in reality, if we would all come saying, God, I want to see you today, we would have all those things.3:57It's not that those things are not important. It's not that those things shouldn't be taught as areas of discipleship. But the problem is, we've quit looking for God. We've started looking for entertainment. We've started looking for good music. We've started looking for good fellowship. We've started looking for a lot of things.4:27But in reality, we've quit looking for God. And you say, well, maybe that's the preacher's fault, and maybe it is. But it is also a struggle in the people of God when we don't come to church looking for God. We go, and, you know, I've gone to all the church growth classes that you could probably go to,4:54gone to churches that have flourished. And, you know, they say, now, if you really want to keep guests, make sure the first 18, 20, 30 seconds that they're in your building, they're going to decide whether they want to come back or not as to what it looks like. And I thought, that's sad. Some of them are going to look at this. Some of them are going to look. They're going to walk in your restrooms. They're going to walk here. They're going to see this.5:23They're going to know. They're going to sit out there. And some people will sit out and come in late and sit in the back. And they're waiting for somebody to welcome them. And people get caught up, and they get missed over. And they leave and say, that's the most unfriendly church I've ever been. Don't come looking for somebody to shake your hand. Come looking for God to shake your earth. That's the problem. Daniel chapter 6. Daniel has a vision. I want you to follow with me as we read down through verse 12 from verse 9 in Daniel chapter 7.5:54Until thrones were set up, and the ancient of days. And he said, and thrones were set up, and the ancient of days took his seat. Now, I want you to visualize this with me. Daniel is seeing this in a vision. He's seeing this take place. I can't imagine what it must have been like to have firsthand seen this taking place.6:20Until thrones were set up, and the ancient of days took his seat. His vesture was like white snow, and the hair of his head was pure wool. His throne was ablaze with flames. Its wheels were a burning fire. A river of fire was flowing and coming out from before him.6:47Thousands upon thousands were attending him. Think about that. Thousands upon thousands were attending him, the ancient of days. And Madrids upon Madrids were standing before him. The court sat. Then I kept looking. And because of the sound of the boastful words, which the horn was speaking,7:18I kept looking until the beast was slain, and its body was destroyed and given to the burning fire. As for the rest of the beast, their dominion was taken away. But an extension of life was granted to them for an appointed period of time. We know Daniel to be speaking of a prophetic day.7:45But isn't it interesting and isn't it awesome that this man, Daniel, was selected by God to see this event in his day? For Daniel was a young man when he was taken from his country. I can't think of anything that would be more harsh than to be overwhelmed by a foreign country today and watch the young men of our nation being taken8:13and young families of our nation being taken from our land and placed in another land to spend their lives, at least according to the word of God, for the next 75 years. And only a remnant to be left. And that remnant that was left would be of those that were of handicap or age and that were of little or no use to the new kingdom.8:41And so they took them away. And there in that foreign land, having grown up under foreign rule, Daniel never lost his desire to see God. My friend, there is a tragic thing working through the church today, working through the world today. And that is, is that we want to see a lot of things, but very few people truly want to see God.9:11And I say that because we do very little to see God. And why was a man like Daniel chosen when in Psalm 53, we are described this way in verse 2. God has looked down from heaven upon the sons of men to see if there's anyone who understands, who seeks after God. And we know the answer to that. He found none. He found no one that's wanting to find him.9:41He found no one seeking after him. He found no one looking. But yet in this passage, in my translation, it may not be so in yours, but in my translation, in verse 9, he says, I kept looking. In verse 11, he said, I kept looking. And at the end, the middle of verse 11, he said, I kept looking. And as Daniel was taken away, can you imagine the emotional upheaval in these young men's lives? Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego being three other prominent young men10:11that were taken at the same time. Can you imagine what it must have been for them to have been snatched from their homes, to have been snatched from their schools, to have been snatched from their nation, placed in a foreign land, and challenged to live according to the laws of that land, the dietary laws we read about in the first few chapters, and the other laws. But these men were unwilling to fold to the darkness of the conquering nation10:39that they lived with, and they kept in their heart the determination to see God. My friend, we've lost the desire to see God. If there's a challenge for you here this morning in this message, I would have you to ask yourself, did you get ready today? Did you come to church today to see God? Did you come to church today to experience God?11:06Did you come to church today that the Lord might move in your heart, that the Lord might move in your mind? You say, but brother Chris, I'm already a Christian. I'm already a deacon. I'm already a Sunday school teacher. Let me tell you something. I'm a preacher, and I get up every Sunday, and I get excited because I hope today God might come down and reveal himself to us as only he can. I want to tell you,11:36we've lost the desire to see God. What do we want to see? Well, let's just look across America. Let's just look at the church across America. What are people looking for in the church across America? Well, they're looking for the most part. If you check out the mega churches, a 20-minute, I better not hear any amens on this, 20-minute message. Make me feel good.12:07Give us some entertainment. Get some fog in the room. Get some laser lights going. Get us a band that has lights flickering every time they turn on like children's tennis shoes. Get us a good-looking preacher with a tony and a ponytail or whatever. Not that ponytails are bad, but I'm just talking about all of it frilled up. And if he doesn't have any hair, make sure it's shined like Cecil's.12:35The church across America comes and says, when it's seated, entertain me. move me. Help me. When in reality, we ought to come, sit in a pew,13:05and say to ourselves, God, I'm here. Show yourself to me. Can I tell you, there are a lot of bad things happening in our world today. We see a lot of sad things happening in our society morally. We see a lot of sad things happening in our society today that are increasing the struggles of husbands and wives13:34to make livings for their families. We see struggles today where we see the struggle between husbands and wives creating animosity and fervor or frails of anger and all kinds of things that are going on. And in reality, all those things are happening. And people are going to psychiatrists.14:03They're going to their doctors. They're seeking all kinds of medical attentions. They're seeking all kinds of emotional help. When my friend, I want to tell you, I believe the greatest desire that ought to be on the heart of anyone that's going through any kind of struggle is God, show me you, I'll be all right. It was when Daniel saw God in the midst of a foreign land that Daniel could stand up in the midst of that foreign land and be seen as a man of God who would have a vision like this.14:32There's another man in the Bible that had such a privilege. His plight was totally different from that of Daniel's. It was earlier than that of Daniel's. It was Isaiah. And it was in Isaiah chapter 6 that he reflects upon his vision of what he saw when he went to church.14:57It was at a funeral, potentially. We don't know that the church wasn't full of people just like this church is full of people today. It would have been the temple. And it would have been at Uzziah's funeral. A great king. And Isaiah writes, In the year of King Uzziah's death, I saw the Lord sitting on the throne,15:25lofty, exalted with the train of his robe, filling the temple. Seraphim stood above him, each having six wings. With two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. And one called out to another and said, Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts. The whole earth is full of his glory. What a pronouncement from the throne of God.15:53Something we need to be reminded of today. And the foundation of the threshold trembled at the voice of him who called out, while the temple was filling with smoke. Then I said, Woe is me, for I am ruined, because I am a man of unclean lips. And I live among a people of unclean lips. For my eyes have seen the king, the Lord of hosts. And one of the seraphim flew to me. And with a burning coal in his hand, which he had taken from the altar with tongs, he touched my mouth with it,16:23and said, Behold, this has touched your lips, and your iniquity is taken away, and your sin is forgiven. Now, all that has important parts to it. But the part that I think is the most important to me, if you study the passage, he said, in the year that King Uzziah died, could you imagine the turmoil that would be going on in a kingdom when the king dies? Who's going to be the next king?16:53What kind of government will we see? Will God raise up another king like this one? Or will he allow the king's heart to be turned from him? And we'll have a king who no longer seeks God's commandments, no longer seeks God's judgments, no longer seeks God's ways. And so Isaiah at the funeral, and how do we know as we study this passage that it wouldn't be in a church just like this with as many people or more people than this?17:22The temple could have been filled with people, and yet the only one there that day that saw God was Isaiah. The only one there that day that saw the temple filled with the glory of God was Isaiah. But maybe it is that the only one that came to the temple during a time of tragedy, during a time of remorse, during a time of struggle, during a time above people, was Isaiah the prophet17:52because he came to see God. My friend, there are a lot of people that come to church for a lot of reasons. They come to see what somebody else is wearing sometimes. Sometimes they come to see whose hair is looking different this week. And they come to see what kind of shoes are in vogue. They come to see this. They come to see. They come to see. They come to see. But they don't come to see the one in whom we all ought to come to see. He's the only one that can fill the hole in our life.18:21He's the only one that can quench the thirst of our soul. He's the only one that can cause us to never be hungry for the things of this world. He's the only one that can light our light to shine in darkness. We need to gather in God's house to see God. We call it God's house and everything goes on in a church house. But anybody's seen God at home. Do you hear me?18:51Notice he describes God's posture. Notice Daniel says until the thrones were set up and there were other thrones so there are other kingdoms. There are other people represented here. And the ancient of days took his seat. Can your mind take you where my mind takes me when I read that?19:21The ancient of days takes his seat. The king of glory takes his seat. Let's go down. Isaiah says I saw the Lord sitting on a throne. Daniel said I saw him take his seat on the throne. Let me tell you folks he says there's no throne higher. There's no throne more grander. There's no throne that has a place like this one and there's no God who fills that throne19:50like our God does. My friend our God has the potential our God has the power to fill the throne that's there. I want to tell you something he's not doing anything today that he hasn't been doing since there were no days. You see our God never changes. Our God is the same yesterday today and tomorrow. He's not sustained by a throne. He's not20:20He's not sustained by a host of people. He is sustained within himself. When we read in Colossians we find that all things were created by him and in him all things exist. This church is not about you. This church is not about me. This church is about the God that is represented when the people of God gather in this church. what Daniel20:52what Daniel did when he saw this he he recorded what he saw. I want to tell you something he remembered it. This was a life changing event in Daniel's life. Can I ask you when the last time you had a life changing event in your life?21:17When was the last time you had an earth moving event? Daniel said the earth moved. Isaiah says the earth moved. They felt the presence of God. It wasn't like they felt the presence of God because somebody was beating on a drum or because thousands of horses. It was because God taking his place. Any movement of God is going to be felt throughout the universe. Listen21:50Listen the writer in 1 Chronicles chapter 16 says give thanks to the Lord call upon his name make known his deeds among the people. What Daniel did was that he that is important was he ascribed it he wrote it down. He wanted others to see what Isaiah did he wrote down. He wanted others to hear. He wanted others to know. You know there are people all the time that come to me and say you know22:20you know I'm a believer. I know God I just can't tell anybody. I want to tell you something. If God has done something in your life and you can't tell anybody it must not have been much. Because when God moves in people's lives you can't keep silent about it. And if you had an experience like Daniel had if you had an experience like Isaiah had you're going to want to tell folks about it. It is the privilege of the righteous to tell what they've22:50what they've seen and know. Matthew 5 8 says blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God and when we know God and when we see God and when we experience God it's worth writing down. I was sharing with my Sunday school class this morning there have been multiple times in my life that I've had those experiences when God shook the foundation that I was living on that I was walking on and that I was experiencing23:18was experiencing there were times when there was nothing more than a movement of God in my life it wasn't something that shook my whole family up it wasn't something that everybody else saw but it was something I knew God was doing in me and that's what we ought to be seeking today. Can I tell you there are a lot of people in our world that need to hear that we have experienced the activity of the living God who sits upon his throne. the Bible gives23:48a description of all that took place in Isaiah and also over in Daniel. If you look at that description it says his vesture was like white as snow. God radiates uncompromising purity and holiness. And so when Peter speaks to us in 1 Peter chapter 1 he says be ye holy for the Lord your God is holy. A people that have had an experience with a living God are going to put on the righteousness of that God and they're going to live out the holiness of24:18holiness of that God not because of their right not because of their goodness but because they've experienced the most high. They've had a fresh view vision experience with the king of the universe. Can I tell you you can't read Genesis you can't read anywhere in the scriptures where God is actively involved in people's lives that somebody doesn't feel it. Go back and ask Moses have you felt him at the burning bush. Ask Moses if he felt him24:48up there on Mount Ararat. Ask Moses if he felt him when they came down out of the valley and they had that calf that they had made of gold. Ask Moses if he felt him when he said Moses you can't cross over. My friend when we experience a living God we're going to fill him. I want to tell you I don't need your experience to excite me. your experience will excite me but I've got my own confrontation25:17own confrontation with the living God and I was so glad that he was merciful and the hair of his head was like pure wool. His hair symbolized the wisdom of time and eternity as he sat upon his throne. His throne was ablaze with flames. Did you realize this morning when I read over in Psalms 97 that the verse three said fire goes before him and burns up his adversaries25:46adversaries all around him and then here in Daniel Daniel said there's a fire that comes out from him and there's fire that surrounds him. I think the glory of God is like an ever-consuming fire that never consumes God. when Daniel met with God it was at that burning bush that didn't burn up. When the disciples of Christ in the book of26:16Acts began to obey God it was tongues of fire that settled upon the people as though they were preaching straight from God's mouth. My friend we need we need we need people to come to church and with only purpose in their heart and mind is not what songs we're going to sing is not what the subject of the sermon is going to be but come to say I want to see God today. We need26:47We need to come with a burning desire to see God. Let me tell you what that will do. It will change prayer meetings from time consuming 40 minute Bible studies to people laying on their face saying God I'm not going to move until you come our prayer meetings before the church will change where the pews are emptied and people are at the altar saying God in heaven I need to see you I've been to the nursing home I've been to the hospital I've27:17I've lost my job my wife struggling with immorality I'm struggling with immorality God today I've come and the only thing that's going to heal me the only thing is going to help me wanting bad enough is why he don't show up we come with all kind of thoughts we come with all kinds of confusion embedded in27:46in our hearts and in our lives when in reality it could be taken away just like that with a fresh fresh view of God God radiates his presence to his people it says his wheels were like burning fire river of fire28:16fire was flowing and coming from him thousands upon thousands were attending him can you imagine you think those rock concerts out there in the middle of a field with thousands of people or anything not at all because I want to tell you there were people from all over the world universe that gathered around the throne and God sits in the middle of my friend we serve an uncompromising God we ought to be an uncompromising28:46uncompromising people we ought not compromise to what we see on TV we ought not compromise to what we hear in the news we ought not compromise to the latest authors and the latest bestsellers when the king of kings and the lord of lords sitting on his throne uncompromising ruling the universe that's that's what he does religion fills a person's life with false hope religion29:14religion think about it it is our understanding of the study of God so people call us religious I don't want to be religious I want to be relational amen and you know you can't be relational if you don't meet with him from time to time you can't be relational if you don't talk to him from time to time people come to me every now and then and they'll say something like well do you have a relationship with so and so and I'll say yes I do I see them at church and sometimes29:43and sometimes I eat lunch with them and I feel like I have a pretty good relationship with them well would you ask them to do something and I said man I'll be glad to ask them to do something what would it be you'd ask me and so I can say that then there are times when people call up and they'll say brother Chris I know you know everybody what they should say is brother Chris I know you think you know everybody but they'll they'll say do you know so and so and I'll say I know of them do you30:12do you have a relationship with them good enough no I don't have a relationship with them good enough to ask them to get you out of that speeding ticket I'm sorry no I don't have a relationship with them good enough that if I wrote a letter and signed it that it help you get that job but I'll sign it and I'll write it if you really need it and I know you because I have a relationship with you sometimes I have people who will30:41who will call say brother Chris would you write a letter of reference for me and I say who are you and they'll say well so and so I'll say okay you're going to have to help me a little more than that I heard that well I'm a member of your church well I said bless God I don't even recognize your name what do you look like did you come Sunday well no I hadn't been in a while but my references says it would be good if I had a reference from the pastor I said come for six months31:11six months and I'll write the reference my friend I want to tell you something that's relational sometimes we're asked to do something and we don't know the people or we don't know the person that we're relating but that's the way it is with God in the church in most cases most cases the people of God wouldn't know whether God was there or not we're looking at so hard to criticize or we're looking at so much to be entertained by31:40entertained by we're looking at so much to be you know people want that warm fuzzy feeling I'm thinking I'm going to ask I don't know that we can do this but I'm going to see if we could just run some extension cords out into the pews and put some hot pads out there heating pads see if that will give you that warm fuzzy feeling maybe we'll give out stuffed soft fluffy dogs when you come in32:10come in or cats if you're a cat person and you can hold your cat and you can hold your dog and get that warm fuzzy feeling my friend if you came for a warm fuzzy feeling today hope you enjoy your lunch and it doesn't give you indigestion that's the closest you don't get to it the church is not about warm and fuzzy feelings we're about introducing people to a God whose hair is white as snow his vestures white as snow he's surrounded32:40he's surrounded by thousands upon thousands the Bible says madras upon madras we're standing around the court he describes his presence he describes his power I want you to notice I'll tell you what this one right here James make you want to stand up shout clap hallelujah look at verse 11 I want you to notice he said I kept looking and I kept looking he never would be dissuaded that's the problem33:09problem today we're dissuaded we have people that will get our attention over here people that will get attention over here somebody won't let me tell you don't you think don't you know don't you think this we ought to do this in the church don't you think we ought to change this don't you know no I want to tell you something all we need to do is keep on looking because that's what Daniel did he said I kept looking in verse 9 in verse 11 he said I kept looking and in verse 11 he says down in the halfway midway33:39midway I kept looking until the beast was slain and his body was destroyed and given to the burning fire they tossed it in the fire that surrounded God who do we know this to be other than Satan himself and so it describes the power the ancient of days is sitting on his throne the accuser the Bible said I loved what one of the commentators said he's just running around down there this little beast he's just running34:09around going look at your saints down there look how evil they are God got tired of it and I want to tell you God gets tired of things God looked at him and said wham he burned up fire they threw him in the fire that's what it is that's the power of God no God will stand by God no God stands with God Mohammed hadn't got a chance in that other place Mohammed hadn't Buddha hadn't nobody nobody has34:39has a chance whose name is not written in the Lamb's book of life oh but there's the antagonizers and this is one of them I want you to notice look what he says then I kept looking because the sound of the boastful words which the horn was speaking now that may not be Satan he may be talking about a nation I don't want to get into interpretations but I just thought it's pretty interesting you had35:08you had this little horn running around down there making all the racket and God didn't share his glory or his presence with anybody and he wasn't going to do it here35:24me if I don't back up and point you to God he needs to strike me dead as I speak if brother Rick wants to point you to himself in his ability to sing God ought to strike him dead where he stands and if you in your righteousness think you ought to be able to be the one in whom takes the glory from God beware he's done it once he's done twice he's done it several times ask Ananias Sapphira he'll do it35:53it again we don't stand in the way of the one who describes his power the accuser is silenced God is going to silence the accuser of the saints his boasting and his pride will be consumed in the flame that flows from the ancient of days he said I kept looking you'll find that in verse 1336:2313 I kept looking did you notice the theme there Daniel said I kept looking I've been pastoring 37 years and I keep looking I keep looking for that day when I come to church and God is going to come down I keep looking for that day when there's not going to be an emotional upheaval of an invitation that's going to bring people going to bring people to his altar and Daniel said I kept looking notice it's36:53it's a different description now I kept looking in the night visions and behold with the clouds of heaven one like the son of man was coming and he came up to the ancient of days and was presented before him and to him was given dominion glory and a kingdom that all the peoples nations and men of every language might serve him his dominion is an everlasting dominion which will not pass away37:22away his kingdom is one which will not be destroyed my friend that's the most beautiful view of Jesus Christ coming and standing before his heavenly father and his father nodding him with all glory and with all power and with all everything you can imagine and saying to him it's all yours because you did it all can37:52can you imagine old Daniel at that time Daniel went through a time I believe Daniel had a spell does anybody know what a spell is I had an aunt who had a spell at every funeral that she ever went to whether she knew who was there or not I want to tell you as the church of Jesus Christ we need to have a spell but we don't need to have a spell38:23because I get down here and I say okay everybody every head bowed and every eye closed we don't have a spell because of that we need to have a spell because God has moved fresh and he has empowered us and he has encouraged us and he has strengthened us and he has enlightened us and he has helped us what Daniel saw was38:52was awesome and I only want to say this verse 13 simply stated says here he comes let's remember what Paul wrote in Philippians chapter 2 verse 1 therefore if there's any encouragement in Christ if there's any consolation of love if there's any fellowship of the spirit in the affection and compassion make my39:22my joy complete by being of the same mind maintaining the same love united in spirit intent on one purpose do nothing from selfish or empty conceit but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves do not merely look out for your own personal interests but also for the interest of others have this attitude in yourselves which was also39:52also in Christ Jesus who although he existed in the form of God did not regard equality with God is a thing to be grasped but emptied himself taking the form of a bond servant and being made in the likeness of men being found in appearance as a man he humbled himself by coming obedient to the point of death even death on the cross for this reason also God highly exalted him and bestowed on him the40:22the name which is above every name so that the name of Jesus every knee should bow of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father and to him was given dominion glory and a kingdom that all people's nation and men of every language might serve him his dominion is everlasting dominion which will not pass away and his kingdom is one which will40:52will not be destroyed that's the God I keep looking for and I want to ask you are you looking today are you looking for God today are you looking for God as hard as you look for a job are you looking for a job as hard as you're looking for a solution to help your children are you looking41:22looking for God as hard as you look for the solution to encourage your marriage are you looking for God as hard as you look for your last car are you looking for God as hard as you look at41:39are you looking oh Daniel said I kept looking you know something I can't help but think that as a church of Jesus Christ if we'll put aside whatever it is that's distracting us before we get here during the week and I'm not saying42:08saying look for him when you get here look for him this afternoon look for him in the morning look for him the next day look for God and it'll change your life look to God and he'll change your life for God is the only one who can bring peace that passes all understanding in the midst of your42:38your greatest triumph I want to challenge you to put this mind in your mind and this life in your life confess today that Jesus Christ is Lord and trust and believe that God's word concerning him is absolutely true and he his son who has dominion over all let us pray father father father today as we gather here in this place maybe you have spoken and God there is somebody that's been looking for you in everything they can imagine God they've looked for you in drugs they've looked for you on the internet they've looked for you Lord through immorality they've looked for you God through all kinds of things but God they've43:38they've yet to see you they've yet to find you because they haven't looked in the right place God you're right there in front of them right now Lord you're speaking to their heart Lord you're challenging them right now to give their life to you and God I know that is an example of your grace if anybody is ever going to experience you we got to give our all to you God we got to give44:09you everything there is about me I got to give you my wife my family my grandchildren God everything if I'm going to know the ancient of days as Daniel knew him if I'm going to know the God
