May we not lose our heart for the gospel. Thirdly, defending your denomination or tradition is not the same as defending your faith. the trumpets there, you have, in Revelation 2 and 3, you have these letters to the churches. But do you know what those letters actually are? God is, through Christ, is judging the church. Judgment always comes to his people first. James 3 says, I do not suppose that many of you should want teachers, because you know that he, this teacher, will receive a stricter judgment. Judgment always comes to God's people first.
