If the Bible is true, then the Bible is powerful. The Bible is powerful. I think about Hebrews 4 that says the word of God is living. And some of you know, we say it's active. Some of you memorize it, it's living and it's powerful. The CSB, I believe, says living and effective. It divides things in your life. Soul, spirit, joint, marrow.

There's nothing my son can ever do to push me away. So for me and you, when we come to our heavenly father with doubts and frustrations, what does Hebrews say? Hebrews 4.16, therefore let us approach the throne of grace with boldness so that we may receive mercy and we would find grace to help us in our time of need. So not only do we approach God with an honest faith, but we approach the throne with a trusting faith.

Hebrews 4 says, let us approach the throne of grace with boldness to receive mercy, that's supply, and find grace to help in our time of need. Every excuse that Jeremiah had, he found that God supplied that need. Praise be the name of our Lord. And mark this well, the message was never Jeremiah's to begin with.
