  And that question brings us to 2 Corinthians chapter 3. Because I believe deep down, in each of us, our fleshly response to the gospel is when we are confronted with our sin, our fleshly response is, well, Jesus can't tell me what to do. Some of you love me as pastor until I tell you what you're doing wrong. And then you don't love me as much. And I love some of you dearly until you tell me my sin.

  when the word confronts your sin, will you say, yes, Lord, your will be done? Or will you say, God, you have no right? Because in 2 Corinthians 3, people are asking Paul, hey, you need to prove yourself. Before you check our hearts, prove yourself. So as we read the word, today's message is, some of you will get this, some of you won't. Today's message is simply entitled, Too Legit to Quit.

  See, there are some, though, that will reflect his glory. There are some that will reflect his glory. So I ask you, do not deny, do not reject, but reflect the glory of God. You see, 2 Corinthians 3 says that we are changed into his likeness from one degree to another. We are created to glorify God. What is the chief end of man? To glorify God and enjoy him forever.

  They had to win freedom, they had to order freedom, and then the attempt to sustain freedom. So the question we're going to ask this morning is, is it possible for us to sustain freedom? This is not a uniquely American idea. Actually, long, long before America was even a thought in our minds, 2 Corinthians 3.17 says this. Now the Lord is spirit, and where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. There is freedom.
